Wedded Bliss

Creamy artisan ice cream swirled with buttercream frosting, raspberry purée and almond cake batter — just like a traditional wedding cake.

Our menu rotates, and every scoop is handcrafted by Bliss Artisan Ice Cream in Tell City, Indiana. Dairy-free and gluten-free options are always available.

Our Story

Is it ice cream, or is it a ministry?

As the Royals like to say — both.

BooGi Bliss is owned by Sheilia Royal of Owensboro. The name comes from the grandkids, who call Sheilia GiGi and her husband Booboo — and yes, it’s a wink at being a little bougie.

What started as a retirement hobby — an ice cream cart for weddings and events — grew fast. Sheilia bought a former taco trailer and remodeled it into the BooGi Bliss ice cream trailer, and in 2026 the community voted BooGi Bliss Dessert Truck of the Year.
