How much does it cost to book BooGi Bliss?
Event bookings start at $450. Your quote depends on the setup you choose — The Belle cart, The Grand booth or our trailer — plus your guest count, date and location. Send us those details and we’ll put together the package that fits.
What areas does BooGi Bliss serve?
We’re based in Owensboro, Kentucky, and serve events throughout Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster counties — including Owensboro, Henderson, Hawesville, Lewisport, Calhoun, Livermore, Hartford, Beaver Dam, Morganfield, Sturgis, Dixon and Providence.
What’s the difference between The Belle, The Grand and the trailer?
The Belle is our vintage-style ice cream cart with a fringed umbrella and florals, made for receptions, showers and garden parties. The Grand is our ice cream booth, a full serving station set up at your venue. The trailer is our pink-and-white ice cream trailer with a walk-up window, made for festivals and public events. What kinds of events do you cater?
Weddings and receptions, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, school and university events, festivals and community events, church gatherings and private parties.
What ice cream flavors do you serve?
Our menu rotates. Our signature flavor is Wedded Bliss — ice cream swirled with buttercream frosting, raspberry purée and almond cake batter. Other favorites include Brownie Batter Chunk, Sea Salted Caramel, Cherry Cheesecake, Butter Roasted Pecan, Cotton Candy and Pecan Pie. See the full list on our flavors page.
Do you have dairy-free or gluten-free options?
Yes. We carry dairy-free and gluten-free options so every guest can enjoy a scoop. If someone in your group has a food allergy, tell us when you book so we can plan around it.
Where does BooGi Bliss ice cream come from?
Our ice cream is handcrafted by Bliss Artisan Ice Cream in Tell City, Indiana, using real ingredients. Some flavors have real baked goods folded right in — our Pecan Pie flavor has an entire pecan pie blended into every batch.
How do I book BooGi Bliss for my event?
Fill out the booking form on our website, text or call (270) 222-0530, or email hello@boogibliss.com. Include your event date, location and estimated guest count, and we’ll get back to you within two business days with availability and package options.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Wedding-season weekends book up, so reaching out early gives you the best chance at your date and setup.

Has BooGi Bliss won any awards?
Yes. BooGi Bliss was voted Dessert Truck of the Year in the 2026 Owensboro Times Food Truck Awards.
Who owns BooGi Bliss?
BooGi Bliss is owned by Sheilia Royal of Owensboro. The name comes from the grandkids: they call Sheilia “GiGi” and her husband “Booboo.”
